Application fees $35
Security pet deposit $300

Max weight 25 lb each. A one-time, non-refundable payment of three hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

Do better , you should not be kicking people out daily, people deserve shelter

Honestly, when I applied at the Nelsonville School Commons last year it wasn't my top choice to rent, but because rent was affordable and there was short wait list I applied online one weekend. Within a week or so I was contacted by the manager to come in to fill out all the necessary paperwork and was able to sign my lease and handed the keys to my new home within days. Not only was the move in process fast, the staff friendly/helpful, but the unit itself had up to date appliances, the layout and cabinet choices were nicer than some of the other apartments in our area. My only issue was mainly the location. There isn't much in the town of Nelsonville, but a few stores/restaurants. the pool, and very few people you can trust so I stay to myself. However, the good did outweigh the bad, so when my yearly lease was up for renewal, I reapplied. So with that being said if you want affordable housing with up to date appliances and friendly management/staff then Nelsonville School Commons is worth looking into.

I absolutely love living here. My only issue is the location and parking. For me, I work long hours and sometimes do not get home till very late. At 11pm and 12am most nights. The locations is sometimes a little scary to walk from my car to the door to get in. Especially in the back lot. Other than that, a beautiful apartment.
