Nice place overall. Landscape company could be better. The govt assisted apartments next door have better looking grounds.

First Apartment

This is a very nice place, but they do tell you that your rent is one thing then it turns out to be $60 extra. Also, they said I HAVE to use Rent cafe to pay my rent which turns out to be an extra $26. I do love my place it's mine and it has a big balcony. It just bothers me that they told me my rent was going to be $804 a month and turns out...it's more.
