What others love about this property:
Expensive but Nice
The Flats have an unbeatable location, as it's basically surrounded by a mini-city. A grocery store, gas station, movie theater, and a whole selection of restaurants and bars are within an easy walk. The layout of the complex is nice, and it looks nice from the outside. The inside can be a little dingy, a lot of the doors have scratches and other minor cosmetic damage. However, the staff clearly does try to keep up appearances around the facility, and they've made plenty of minor cosmetic upgrades during my time here. The gym and pool are excellent, and they're out of the public view, which is a nice bonus. The units themselves are small, but they have fairly nice amenities (countertops, carpet, and flooring are all quality). The appliances are a bit on the cheap side, but nothing out of the ordinary. Rent is high, but it is getting more reasonable compared to other complexes in the area, as their prices haven't gone up at the same rate.
Flats
Could be amazing wifh proper cleaning and the promised new paint and carpets (told it was about to happen 1.5 years ago?????) Location is good just really needs fine tuning to he great.
Excellent location
Nice place they try very hard to neet expectations. The staff is very friendky always a nice welcome. The onky complaint i can think of is the garage issue hopefully that will get fixed soon. Other than that for me the location is perfect with kive free concerts at Austin Park and car shows across the back lot a movie theatre bw3,s kroger all walking distance. Location is the number one amenity
