Ive been here 4 years plus and i will say they have made improvements on the property the staff has changed but the service and professionalism has stayed the same. Always friendly nice amenities tv,s at the pool to watch my sports a lounge game room they do need miss pacman donkey kong street fighter they have major improvements on the lounge pool table refelted levelled but you cannot have ms packman neon light and no ms pacman my only complaint i mean cmon dropped the ball but overall nice job...location is great restaurants a movie theatre kroger free concerts at Austin park car shows sports bars free bicycles when im not riding one of my Harleys ha for me this is a place i call home until i move to a house in here. Okay

Many community events are scheduled during the week during working hours so with a regular job I miss all of them. Also not sure what is going on on the floor above me but it sounds like someone is using the hallway to practice sprinting. Price seems high for what you get.

Great place, even greater locaton.

Great place, staff is friendly and is willing to work with you on all types of needs. They are making efforts to spruce the place up even better. Being kind of a proxy staff member and helping out around the complex, I will say that they are making strides in improving a community that was already great to begin with.

Expensive but Nice

The Flats have an unbeatable location, as it's basically surrounded by a mini-city. A grocery store, gas station, movie theater, and a whole selection of restaurants and bars are within an easy walk. The layout of the complex is nice, and it looks nice from the outside. The inside can be a little dingy, a lot of the doors have scratches and other minor cosmetic damage. However, the staff clearly does try to keep up appearances around the facility, and they've made plenty of minor cosmetic upgrades during my time here. The gym and pool are excellent, and they're out of the public view, which is a nice bonus. The units themselves are small, but they have fairly nice amenities (countertops, carpet, and flooring are all quality). The appliances are a bit on the cheap side, but nothing out of the ordinary. Rent is high, but it is getting more reasonable compared to other complexes in the area, as their prices haven't gone up at the same rate.
