Maintenance is understaffed they can’t get other work done and it’s not their fault. You need more people and it’s too quick of a turnover. Small jobs are left but still need to be finished..

I called for repair a week or 10 days ago for the gas stove. No one called back. I put a list in on the website for repairs that have been needed since I moved in. I have not received a reply. I may not have entered it correctly, so I’m going to try again.

Overall my experience living here has been good. Friendly and helpful staff. The price per unit is not worth the value that is received in my opinion. If you want to go month to month you will have to pay an additional $500 per month, which pretty much forces you into signing a longer lease. Parking spots fill up very fast, and sometimes difficult to find a spot, which results in parking far away from your unit. The maintenance is always performed very timely and work orders get done quickly. Overall the amenities are very nice- pool, gym, etc.
