I have been living at Hamilton House over three years now and would never consider a better Apartment, Staff, Location, and Amenities for the price. Since living here I've only had two minor issues that comes with regular apartment living: ceiling fan blower went out, microwave stopped working. Both were expediently fixed and never had to make repeated calls or wait longer than a couple of days. My only complaint is that there appeared for the last two years to be an abundance of bees that seek shelter outside my air conditioner and can't be reached from inside, Did not make a report of this to leasing because the buzzing noise coming through the vents was no major problem, as long as they were never coming through the vent to the inside of my apartment. THE NOISE OF BUZZZING WAS EXTREMELY ANNOYING but I just learned to live with the noise. Later after some research, I learned this summer's bee season was unusually high. Leasing manager "Tina" is a pleasure and love the energy she brings in treating every resident with respect. Tina ensures she remembers her tenants' names and is accommodating with ensuring tenants stay up to date with lease renewals and tenant events throughout the year. The events themselves can't/don't compare to what other apartments offer tenants "free of charge" which is a bonus for me. I can't stop talking about Hamilton House/Mayfield and you can never find a better diverse group of neighbors.

the pool situation needs addressing. The season is short and there are too many days when it's closed for maintanence. There was always a happy, friendly vibe there, but now that seems to be changing..
