Rent is too high. Limited amenities.

Like the Palmera community. Location is nice. Rent is too high, and continues to increase annually at an exorbitant percentage. Trash compactor is regularly overloaded. Too many 'HOA-type" rules being imposed; i.e. Altafiber mandatory, insurance coverage to include Hills; continual increases in sewage and water without notce.
