Only amenities like gym are located in the same building as leasing office. Having an additional one in the middle of the apartment community will be easier for many.

Save your money and go somewhere else! While the apartment location and amenities are great, the price is RIDICULUOUS for the space. Plus, while there are a few staff that are decent to work with, they aren't accommodating at all when it comes to oversights or mistakes. They are ready to fine you and evict you at a moment's notice.

We searched for a home in Mason and this was by far the best option. Really wholesome gated community, tons of amenities, and great for young kids. Love the nature preserve and lake - LOTS of green space that newer developments lack.

Location is great. Resident room needs be more economical to rent, and have better availability during the holiday season. Individual driveway parking needs to be addressed for i.e.: vehicles extended too near edge of driveway and parking lot which limits backout visibility for neighboring driveway(s) and driving through the lot; vehicles parked in driveways limit porch step off other garage access; erce no trespassing of us;ge of neighboring driveway as a cut through for garage access.
