Palmera location is excellent!

We have lived here for several years now and, overall, we are quite happy. The location is great for us, the maintenance staff is awesome, and there's no annoying noise in the community. Our biggest issues have been the significant increase in rent over the past 2-3 years (our base rent has increased nearly $300 total in the time we've lived here when we've received no additional benefits from this increase), the helpfulness, responsiveness, and attitude of the front office staff (especially the property manager), and the extremely strict rules, some of which make no sense whatsoever, with a threat of fines for very minor issues. It's a good place to live and the apartment we live in is great -- we just hope we can start to see some better customer service skills from the front office staff and less rent increases going forward.

Beautiful community

Love living here. Property is well maintained, very quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance service is excellent. Apartment room sizes are very large My only negative, and it is not a bad one. I would love to see the microwave, stove, kitchen counter tops upgraded.

Truly Amazing

Palmera is truly an amazing community to be apart of. The grounds are so well kept, there is never trash on the ground, amenities are BEAUTIFUL and very well-kept. Pool is huge and gym is a great size. Can't say enough about how great the maintenance team is - they are very quick, go above and beyond, and will always greet you if you pass by. Valet trash service is great. I truly don't have one bad thing to say about Palmera- after a bad experience at a different apartment community, Palmera has been the biggest blessing. They put on great events as well. It was voted #1 community for a reason!!! Very affordable for how new and updated everything is.
