So far so good

Two weeks in, so far everything is good. The laundry room is less than what was expected. But I knew this when I was invited to tour. This wasn't a deal breaker for me. I've met three staff members so far. And through an interaction with the property manager leads me to believe that maintenance staff is exceptional. The property manager is about renting to qualified individual. Meaning so far, it is as quiet as she claimed. I more month until summer so we will see. Parking is a bit unbearable. But again, for me is not a deal breaker. Location is great. minutes away from acquiring basic necessities. And the value is amazing no matter what size unit you require. Overall rating I'd say an 8 out of 10. So far things are terrific. If I'm able to give an update about 6 months in I will.
