Elmview Ct 1-18

Its def a wild ride living in Elmview ct. Walls are thin you can hear the next houses conversations. The parking is insane. I cant even park in front of my house. I put in maintenance for my house like 2-3 times. None have been fixed. Except the thermostat and i offered to pay for a new one. Jesse put a new one in for me being very generous. My carpet was changed on my steps but no where else and is old and coming apart. Its very gross and kind of disturbing that i have to walk around my house w house shoes. I asked to see about the footage on camera because my car has scratches on it and was never reached back to about the situation nor if anything was seen or not. Its just very upsetting that we dont have much communication with our landlord nor whomever is over our units. I was told a lust of things on what not to do apon signung my lease and since ive stayed eveything opposite has happened from other units.
