The tenant downstairs caused issues while they were being evicted. The police and court officers came three different times disturbing me with loud knocks and the request for them to come out. I was also disturbed by construction two different times. One instance lasted over 3 months and both times I was not given any notice at all about the construction. The price for this place with how it looks and what I've experienced, is definitely not worth it!!
