I have nothing but praise for the staff at Remington Woods, My experience from the first day I toured the units, to move in, to my first maintenance call has been nothing short of amazing. I was moved in within one week of touring and the communication throughout the process was spot on. I placed my first maintenance request (fan remote wasn't working) and it was fixed before I got home from work the next day!! Can't wait for the new office and the pool! I'm sure it will be fantastic! Thanks to Meena and Tyler!

I have lived in this complex for about 4 years under three different management companies. One thing that has been consistent is that all maintenance crews have been very prompt and friendly to requests. Staff courtesy and professionalism will always vary with new organizations. The most recent company, champion companies, took over about a month ago and have started off on the right foot. They sent out clear communication in different forms announcing what was staying the same and what would be different, and even sponsored a free food truck for the residents to show appreciation. I have had to email the office with questions about accessing the new rent portal and lease renewal, and they have responded within just a couple of hours. So far so good!
