Quiet One Bedroom Apartment
I just moved in to Oak Creek at Polaris at the end of September and am currently settling in to my one bedroom apartment. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and contains a clubhouse, dog park, gym, pool, and small ponds filled with ducks. The apartments are spacious and upgraded with new facades, kitchens, color schemes and light fixtures. The rental portal is easy to set up and view rent, community news, etc. Abby and Tyler in the office are amazing and always happy to assist with questions and make the community feel welcoming.

Tour Was Fantastic - Will Update
I will start by saying I am not a resident *yet*. However, I have never looked forward to moving more than I am currently! Tyler was fantastic from the moment we walked into the leasing office. After touring multiple properties Champion seemed to be a good company in general, but Oak Creek stood out even against their other great communities. if you are searching for apartments near Polaris at least give them a look you will not regret it! Expect this review to be updated/edited as move-in occurs.

Oak Creek Apartments
I moved from another state, and did my due diligence in researching property management companies. Champion came out on top every time. After my arrival, I found the staff to be absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond. The few small issues I have had in 2 years have been immediately addressed. The apartment is beautiful, and it is very quiet. I would 100% recommend living here!

The best!
My wife and i decided to move closer to better healthcare and downsized to a first-flloor two-bedroom apartment from our house an hour south. I tell people my wife was tired of mowing the lawn and i was tired watching her do it! The staff is great to deal with and there have been very few maintenance issues. The free Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse is an added bonus. I would recommend Oak Creek to anyone considering it.

Great guest service
I have been living at “Oak Creek at Polaris” for the last 2 years and its good place to live with exceptional guest service. The apartments are conveniently located near some great schools and some decent restaurants. They have a very nice gym, a pool and a game room. The rent is pretty competitive and most tenets are pretty nice. What really sets them apart is the amazing guest service they provide. I have run into some minor issues in the past but Brittany, Tyler and Maddie are amazing! They have helped me resolve any issues I have had. They are very helpful and resourceful. They are an asset to Champion Properties. I think they are the difference makers on why you should choose Oak Creek at Polaris. Best wishes, Steve
