I have just renewed my lease for another year at Castlewood. After one year of living in this building, I find the location, features of this building, friendly, efficient, and effective staff, and amazingly responsive maintenance team make this a prime rental property for the area. Ongoing maintenance around the building and grounds demonstrate a commitment that management is sincerely interested in maintaining high standards for current and future residents. I look forward to my next year at Castlewood.

Moving from downtown cleveland and having lived in rentals all across the state. This is the best complex ive lived in by far. They have nice parking, great location, amazing staff, and great residents. The day I moved in, the toilet needed repaired. It was done within the hour. Right across the street from a barber, coffee, and dry cleaner. Within walking distance of plenty restraunts and bars. Minimal traffic during rush hour. Great place to live!

I've been here for around 4 years. I find the location convenient. Although noise from the street on the Detroit Rd. Side gets a bit loud. The building is kept quite clean. Most residents are very friendly.

Its been a pleasure to live here. It is very conveniently located in the heart of Lakewood. Cant do much about the noise from the street. But its tolerable if you keep the windows closed.

Been here awhile, problems are usually addressed in a timely matter, building is kept clean and neat. Residents are friendly and all ages. We have had some great managers that made this place feel like a real community. Other managers have acted cold and strickly all business, but they move managers around so it usually isn’t an issue too long. Overall I am pretty happy here.
