We have lived here for just over one year. Everything is adequately maintained. The location is nice if you want to be close to central Huber Heights. We were told we would get new windows and a new sliding door shortly after moving in. It was at least 4 months for the new door, and we have yet to get new windows. Urgent work orders (broken sink) were fulfilled in a timely manner. The outside landscaping is not very well maintained other than cutting the grass. There was a washing mashing that was broken for 2+ months at one point. Overall, it's a fine place to live, but not outstanding.

If the people upstairs for me, quit smoking and you can smell it out in the hallway too. And in my apartment and I'm not liking it at all. It chokes me

While there are efforts to maintain two complexes, it is rather troubling there are only 3 maintenance staff. We often have to wait until there is a dire emergency for repairs to be done. We pay rent, some of us early or never late and yer it feels like we have to take a number for any non-emergency repairs. It is said and embarrassing for me to have guess over and apologize for certain conditions. I pray you hear our cries. We matter even if we are renters. Many of us take pride in where we live. Thank you for hopefully addressing our concern!

Staff and maintenance are great. However some of the amenities are older. Im lacking a screen door and theres no longer a playground for the kids.
