The manger we have now is so caring about the people and tge property!! Shes very kind and fair! Pretty much were happy with her and the maintenance Brain, they both Participate in an issue that could’ve cost Wallace about fire and to their knowledge and caring the manager had the Maintenance immediately take care of the action and I hope corporate sees this and recognize them both for what they’ve done and they both deserve recognition for this!! Very happy and blessed to be here!!

Sturbridge is a wonderful clean quiet place to live, wish they have bathtubs, not all of us are old and some of us need a bathtub, i put in request for one but it never went anywhere and i had a doctors statement. But this is a big issue which sturbridge needs to look at , is there is no handy cap doors to the main office front and back and laundry room and the doors are so heavy to open that some residents needs assitance to open the doors, they do need handy cap buttons that open the doors, this is a handy cap apartments and does need attention immediately! Sturbridge is handicap accessory, but they’re not honoring that so by law these doors need to be installed ASAP. And also the computer should be put back in the room so we can have privacy! Dont know why they moved it cause that room is filled with junk and not being used. Thank you

The property is not being taken care of, there are six empty apartments, some for over six months. The garden boxes are neglected and falling apart, there is no one here for maintenance, there is rarely a manager here. Why is this property being so neglected? There is a dead tree by one resident's apartment that has fallen down, been there for weeks, fallen tree limbs and trash everywhere! HELP!!!!
