The Villages Of Whitewater Phase 1

I have lived in Villages of Whitewater going on two years. This is a great place to live. I find the front office staff to be very friendly and helpful, When I put in a maintenance request, they respond in a timely manner, fix the issue, and are very polite and professional. This is an active (i.e., people out walking, riding bikes, etc.) community, and it is also a very quiet community. I feel very safe living here, and they do an excellent job maintaining the property. I like that they have get togethers for the community at the clubhouse throughout the year. I have never used the pool or workout facility, but they are both very nice and maintained well. I know the cost of living is high everywhere, but my rent increase after my first year, was more than I was expecting it to be. I have been renting apartments/condos throughout Cincinnati for 20 years, and this truly is the nicest place I have lived.

I knew we would love this place from the time we toured it! The staff is great, location is wonderful, and the units are extremely nice! Its like having a house and not an apartment!

I have lived here for 5 years, like the lights on the sides of the garage, like the two car garage, and the fact of no steps. I think they cut the grass too often and are raising rent rates way too fast and extremely above the rate of inflation

Rent was increased &225.00 per month which is extremely high! Staff very good, maintenance good and amenities very good. Street and grass well maintained. Paying $150.00 for yearly lease should not be paid by tenants! The fee is outrageous. I do like my apt. and the location of villages of Whitewater.
