Too soon

Have only lived there a few months, so may be too early to evaluate. Not as good as I expected. Front door has wide gaps on side and bottom of door. Hard to regulate temperature...had to use fans because a/c turned off and temperature in apartment was 85 degrees. Love layout of apartment. Will give another review after I have lived here longer.

Far too expensive for what you get

The apartments smell like smoke constantly, there are people constantly yelling or dogs barking, and the apartment doors don't even fully close in the frame. Don't leave anything in sight in your vehicle or it will get broken into overnight. The staff are kind, but the buildings are disappointing and for what you pay should be much, much better.

Wonderful renovated apartments located minutes away from down town, shopping malls, interstate, and Kings Island. Also its tucked away in a quiet neighborhood directly across the street from the beautiful Little Miami River. I love it!

Detailed Review

Not super updated but is decent in terms of aesthetics. Some rentals are newly renovated with new carpet, new wood floors, new paint, some new lighting fixtures, and new countertops and sink-ware, but the property itself is pretty old and needs some intensive care and repurposing or replacing. There are exposed heating/cooling units and wiring in the closets and old vents in all rooms. There is a lack of overall head lighting, so you may need to buy some lamps if you want more bright light. The landscaping is sub-par but looks okay in the summer when it is freshly done. There are bright teal pipes coming out of each building that look pretty bad, as well as some of the fencing along the back part of the property. There are washers and dryers in each building, where currently you can pay $1.25 to wash and $1.25 to dry per load. There are pools open in the summer which is really nice. You can hear the birds chirping outside and often see squirrels scuttling by the trees. There is a park area too, that fits in well with the surrounding trees on the edge of the property. Overall great location and a good place to live, but could use some updates in terms of aesthetics and property structure.
