Super Maintenance Staff

This March I will be here for 15 years. I still love where I live. I recently had to call for maintenance & Benn was here with in 15 mins of hanging up the phone. He was really nice, and respectful & I hope he is part of the staff for a long time. I appreciate the way Fath Properties takes care of the complex. At a time when we are all dealing with the cost of everything going up this is still a great value here and nobody ever makes you feel like you're not a priority.

Unbelievable

What time you get up in the morning and leave for work. It is so quiet. The days that I'm off the only time you really hear things is someone is out working on the Landscaping making the area look real pretty. And they are very nice. You need any help you there's a place on the website that you can put your information underneath maintenance it will be taken care of right away
