Been waiting 3 weeks for our laundry facility to be remodeled. And whoever designed the scheduling (closing) didn't take into account the inconvenience for residents. The 2 closest laundry facilities to me are closed...no washers no dryers. Have to drive to the next closest.

Good area close to stores & schools (if required). Close FD & police if needed. Been here 2010 to present. Been through various rental companies. Current has excellent maintenance services. Rent prices within average for area.

It is clean they keep up on the property. Everything gets fixed when reported. Never had an issue with anyone in office.

I've live here for a while, longer than most. People constantly moving in & out. Paying higher rent and getting nothing new in return. You'll probably pay a move-in rate of over $1000.00 easily. There're better places at around the same rent. Look elsewhere.
