A breath of fresh air.

We’ve lived at Brinley Place for two years now. We are only moving as we have found our first home. I have been a renter since I was 18. I’ve lived in all types of apartments. From budget to ‘luxury.’ Until moving to Brinley Place, I’ve never had a positive renting experience. The apartments are beautiful, issues are properly addressed and never given the old “land lord special.” The staff is always kind, patient and quick to respond. This applies to maintenance.as well. The grounds are kept in great condition. I have no complaints about the complex. We have always felt safe.
