My home!

Brinley Place has been my home for more than 5 years. I feel welcome, my dog feels welcome and the staff and maintenance personnel are great! It is a good place to call your “home”.

Management is trash

I have lived here since late 2020. Late last year everyone in our building received a notice that there was a Marijuana smell reported around our building (which I don't believe, as my roommate and I regularly sit outside, and have NEVER smelled it). This notice also said to consider it the "24 hour notice for the next several weeks" that someone may enter our homes if we are suspected. I went to the office to talk to Sierra (who's name was on the notice). She was not there, and the woman who was there (who clearly didn't like that I interrupted her hanging with some random guy) asked me what I needed help with. I explained that I didn't appreciate the idea that for the next "several weeks" I needed to worry about someone entering my home. She claimed that I misinterpreted the letter, and that I would still receive a notice. I pointed out the phrasing that specified that the letter WAS the notice, and she would not agree, As I did not to argue, I simply asked her to sign on the paper that I would still receive a notice. She refused. She said she couldn't give me information without giving it to everyone else in the building (even though she was claiming it was the same information already on the sheet). I want to be clear that if someone had entered my home based on that letter, I would have pressed charges. I also want to be clear that neither myself nor my roommate were the culprits. I am well aware that this story is specific enough that my identity will be clear, and I invite a follow up conversation if management so chooses.

Fantastic place to call home!

Brinley Place is an exceptional apartment complex with the amenities of a condo! It is spacious with the crown molding in the foyer, dining room and great room. There are granite countertops and the light fixtures are beautiful throughout the apartment! Best of all the walls are painted a soft sand color and not your typical white! Everyone is impressed when they walk into my apartment
