Generally nice. I moved in at the end of COVID with promises of repairs. I was told to right them down. The not only did not fix the porch as promised, the new company refuses to address the promises,

Slightly overpriced
The rates are a little high for how old and somewhat outdated the building are but I have had no issues with maintenance.
