Unsafe conditions

I have been living here for 13 years, and the newer people that moved in our loud, rude and leaving the doors un-secured at nights. The laundry rooms are worse than ever, there is only one washer and one drying working on my floor. Someone is putting heavy powder detergent in the washer causing other people to have to wash their clothes multiple times. Trash is being left in hallways and the parking lot from cars, and someone is urinating in the elevator.
