Could be better.
Live 1-2 miles away from my work, grocery places, and gas station. Parking spaces are plenty, neighbor residebts are all nice. Some amenities like trash could do better, as well as maintenance keeping up with notifications. Sending 24hr emergency notice to maintenance can take more than 3-4 days, sometimes longer. The exterior lights at building #9 is still not fixed. Sometimes the leasing office employees have lack of communications, that causes resident to frequent visits of an issue. However, overall things could be better.
