It’s good in general, maintenance is slow but the most upsetting is the the lobby door that brakes constantly! That makes deliveries more difficult and inconvenient for the residents having to go downstairs every time.

I have been living in this building for while now and I like. The building itself is nice and well kept. Unfortunately the first floor being a comercial area it can get very noise! The property manager is great and very helpful! It is a good place to live in.

I think this is a great property. I rated every category for 5 stars except for appliances, noise and value. I don't think we have the best appliances available (I.e. coil stoves and an elevator that works only 1/3 of the time), and there is always going to be noise when living vertically. I think many other people would agree that this is not the most valuable apartment building in the city, but this is a wonderful place to live. I have no measurable issues with the property and I think the staff is so so wonderful.
