I have lived in my loft for 6 months now and I have had nothing but good experiences from the staff, neighbors, maintenance etc. I absolutely love the atmosphere here.
Over priced already
The equipment in the gym is lacking. The community room is locked frequently. The back court yard is extremely noisy due to the AC units. We live next to a homeless shelter. You are going to take three weeks to replace a window, and we will not be compensated for being plunged into darkness. Now you are planning on upping our rents by 10 - 15%? Do you want pissed off residents? Do you want the government to force rent controls? Because this is how you get both. Great choice on employees to run the day-to-day though. They are great!
