the people above us have been noisy in the evening to the point we have had to call the police and email management multiple times. sometimes it helps but i doubt anything will change. the building next to us has dogs that bark super loudly. there has been dog poop in the grass that does not get picked up.

We have lived here going on 3 years. We've had some issues but were resolved to our satisfaction. They are maintaining the property and making some improvements. The staff is friendly and have always addressed any concerns we've had. We are enjoying our stay here.

Would love to see parking better defined - many times there are guests parked right by our unit and we have to park several buildings away. Found it helpful in other developments when parking for guests was designated and only residents could park at the buildings. Noise is minimal, most residents very thoughtful except the one who makes a habit of walking her dog directly under our window to do its business instead of taking a few steps out to the common area. Pretty rude and lazy, and needs to be called out, especially once the warmer weather hits.

Residents leave garbage bags right in front of the dumpsters instead of throwing them into the dumpster. Residents hardly ever clean up after their dogs. Residents park in two spots rather then a single spot, like they should. Maintenance takes forever to fix anything that needs to be fixed. Landscaping company leaves all grass clippings where ever, so have fun if you're on the ground floor and don't mind your patio looking like a yard. Smoke alarms constantly go off when you make anything... even toast! Almost all of the outside lights DO NOT WORK.

The facility made me buy a garage because of now parking. I already pay rent and should be able to have access to parking
