I've lived here raising my granddaughter for 7yrs,in the beginning it was a 100% awesome place to live and that was all do to the ultimate property manager Ms.Teresa! Since then its had its up's and downs,but tries their best to always maintain! The only real issue I've had is upper management communication!

Not in a good location. We have to go to Piqua Ohio or Troy Ohio to do grocery shopping etc. and not everyone has transportation. Parking is limited due to the fact that where garbage is located, Our maintenance man does a very good job but he is spread thin. the apartment I live in on the right side I can not hear noise but on the left side I can.
