Staff is very rude. They promised many things when I moved in that would be replaced, like all new windows and new stove. I have lived here 5 years now and still waiting! The oven smokes and the burners only half work. The Maintenance only half fixes things and you have to keep putting in a work order for the same thing and maybe it will get fixed. Every year my rent goes up $30, but have never received any improvements. They removed a huge tree in the front yard, but never fixed the yard afterwards. The yard has big holes, rocks and patchy throughout.
