Country Village Review

I have lived here about two years... The noise from the highway can be a little loud from my house. Also being in the back row, it's very difficult to keep my back patio from water and dirt/mud and have no idea where a hose attachment is to spray it down. The parking spaces could be a little bigger... The rent is decent, the water bill great and the energy cost very good. Maintenance is very helpful, and generally pretty quick. Since the property manager died, I don't know who to exactly contact for anything else, but that is now kind of fixed with Rent Cafe. The management team took a risk on allowing us to live here, and I hope after two years they feel they made a good choice; as my work history and divorce made my credit look a little shaky. Overall this is a pretty good place to live.

Country Woods Village

Moved here due to it being convenient, brand new townhomes, and at the time was reasonably priced. Cons are that we were promised a backyard 5 years ago and the prices of the townhomes keep going up
