Amazing location, however very poor management. During my time here, there were three separate break-ins/thefts (all reported to Cleveland Police and to management). Despite those incidents and my follow-up each time, I did not see any effective changes to improve security, and I never felt like the building became safer. On top of that, I pay for parking, but management repeatedly changed the parking passes and, even after three attempts to get an updated one, I was never given a valid replacement. Instead, I was notified that my car could be towed from the same paid parking spot I was being charged for (with the parking pass clearly displayed). At times, it felt like management was more focused on ticketing and fining residents than on actually protecting them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community to anyone who is prioritizing security or expecting management to be proactive about safety concerns.

dont understand why i am charged $135.00 in late fees for the month of october (10/03 & 10/20) when i have a payment confirmation receipt on 10/01 confirming payment of rent fees for the month. I will be following up with an email also.
