Great location; great amenities; wonderful staff
In the 4 months I've lived at the Quarter I've been extremely impressed with the staff and their responsiveness when small issues have come up. I am in love with my kitchen and the two gyms!

Nice urban location
I enjoy living at The Quarter, primarily for its location and views. It seems like some amenities should be included in the rent, such as use of a storage locker, and parking is a bit expensive. It also needs more bicycle racks...it seems like everybody who lives here (including me) owns a bike or two.

We loved our time at the Quarter
It was the perfect situation. We'll be sad to leave. Beautiful aesthetic; timeless look to the units. Dog friendly. The staff and security are wonderful.

Beautiful apartments
I love living here. Large gorgeous windows, great appliances and really soundproof for the most part. it has some areas of improvement but overall high quality apts.
