Great for Young People

This complex is perfect or students and young professionals. The staff is great and extremely helpful whenever there are any concerns. Having two floors for the two bedroom floor plan affords the apartment a house like feel, really making it comforting.

Really Convenient!

As a student in the university circle area the location and amenities are more than convenient. It is so great having the privacy of my own apartment practically 7-10 minutes of a walk from campus. Parking is great when you have a car, but the smaller the better. The prices can be cheaper. I know inflation messed things up, but it would be nice to take the rent down to make things more affordable and competitive. Having my own washer/dryer and kitchen is amazing. My layout has a balcony, so that is a great bonus!

Homely Apartment!

I have had a pretty good experience living here! My residence is cozy and homely. The amenities are lovely. The staff is friendly and caring. I am near my workplace. It's convenient and very nice!
