I have a huge apartment with washer / dryer at an incredible rate. Fortunately, it's on the first floor, so I don't need to negotiate stairs when I'm bringing groceries home. My gym is a block away and there's a bus stop around the corner. The staff is very attentive to any concerns. Maintenance folks usually come the same day and they email you way in advance about any issues or need to access your apt. The tenant portal allows autopay.

the location is great but the apartment itself has issues. issues that i have reported to staff but have never been resolved. water continuously goes out, which is something i cannot control, as water is included in rent. floors are creaky and the entire apartment has a layer of paint that exempts care since i’ve moved in. blinds, doors and cabinets are broken and i’ve asked to have them fixed.

I am fortunate to have gotten a 1st floor apt w/ easy access. The place is huge and I park right outside my door. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating, but I've only been here for a week.

Apartments are nice but a but outfated and the response to maintenence is a bit slow or chaotic as far as results. Location is good.
