Short term rental

The location is perfect until I find a house since I work just minutes away. Parking is very tight and not much room to navigate to and from your garage. Garages are an extra cost and luckily I was able to use my other smaller vehicle while I live here since the truck would not fit. The walls are thin so you get to hear other tenants tv, music and fights. Talk about a great reality tv. I have called maintenance twice still no response during my time here. Once for the installation of my cable and second for the bedroom fan that still is not working form move in, which was almost two months ago. The manager responds which I appreciate and was very helpful during the move in process.

Lovely Place to Live near Work

Wonderful place to live for young professionals working at Case, UH, or Cleveland Clinic. Within walking distance of Little Italy and University Circle, plenty of outdoor green space close by, and with ready access to one of the Case Western gymnasiums if your place of employment provides access. Management has been responsive, and though apartments are maybe a touch small for the price, they have ample storage space and are very comfortable if you're just starting out and are not bringing a lot of stuff with you. Maintenance has been rapid-fire with any issues; easy to keep clean, and several of the apartments have lovely patios which got a lot of use during the warmer months.
