Great apartment and location

Great location, specially if you are moving with no car, close to CWRU, close to UH and the VA hospitals. Management and maintenance is really responsable and quick to response. Have been with the same Management for 2y going for the 3rd and have not experience any issues.

Excellent Value

The apartment is modern, full of windows and has an excellent kitchen with a large island for food prepping and/or dining. Spacious closet, bedroom worh great light and huge windows. Bathroom is large and the apartment comes with a storage unit and attached one car garage. Cant beat the price for what you are getting.

If you can afford to live here, I would highly recommend it. Beautiful apartment, great location - the price is the biggest downside. Not really a major problem, but sometimes the trains can get a little loud.

Noisy but nice

The location is excellent as these are some of the closest apartments to Euclid Avenue. However, it is also very close to the railroad tracks and that is miserable. The apartment itself is a good value for its size. It includes a garage that I wish was a little bigger.
