The apartment I live in is awesome. The staff is super friendly & always really helpful. I think the best part is the amenities the apartment came with. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

Good location, good price, but not as nice as it looks at first glance. lots of laquer but a fresh coat of paint can’t hide the aging bones of the place.

Lake avenue is a fantastic location to live, and this apartment is affordable for the area. It’s a great apartment, but old. Floor boards are extremely uneven and loud. Parking is a nightmare, with 112th being full all of the time and only getting 2 parking spots with a 4 bedroom. Forced to park on Lake Ave. even though it has parking restrictions.

Spent a lot of effort making it look very nice but the internals are clearly old/cheap. They overfocus on the superficial aspects and ignored anything that isn’t easily visible during a tour.
