My unit is beautiful and full of tons of character. It is also very close to all the things I love! If you’re looking, please note that smoking is allowed in units and is not discouraged in any way in lease agreements. This is important because the tenants below me are heavy smokers and the leasing office, while incredible, seem unprepared to do anything to minimize the extreme order. If cigarette smoke in your unit will be a problem for you, I suggest looking at a building or leasing group that does not allow smoking inside units. Also to note, the units are not inexpensive, so this will likely be a surprise. This is likely the only reason I will absolutely not be renewing my lease the moment the opportunity arises.
