Maintenance take too long before fixing anything and rent is very expensive.

Fairly quiet. Maintenance is very professional and accommodating. The price is ridiculous! It’s outdated! I have been paying an ‘updated’ charge of 40 dollars per month which includes a new peel n stick floor which ive paid for the last 3 years. If you do the month, thats one expensive floor.

Never anyone in office or phone calls to main office not returned. Maintenance guy is awesome.as returns calls.immediately.and.fixes problems
