I love the apartment location and value for what I get. Maintenance is almost always on top of things and friendly. Parking is one of the main things I always have trouble with. Which I know you all have no control over because it is a city permit. But it feels like the parking is getting more and more limited and I rarely am able to find a convenient spot on the street. So just wanted to voice my troubles with that. Thank you

My favorite things about my apartment are the location, value, and amenities (specifically in unit laundry). The parking can be difficult at times because it is only street parking and sometimes others do not park on the street in a mindful way (i.e. taking up one spot where 2 cars could fit). The staff is great and responsive. Maintenance has been friendly and helpful when I need them.
