Thin walls, heat is not free

Very Thin walls , heat is not free, take forever for maintenance, hear dogs barking I can hear the ppl under me argue just about every night.

Great experience!

Tower Valley flats has been very nice for my first year (although I did get a bit unlucky and landed in one of the few apartments with no direct lighting.) Super friendly staff and the complex is right against the Mt Airy forest! Very beautiful but I do not recommend living here if you don't have a car as the nearest food mart is a mile walk uphill. My only real complaints are that the walls to the stairwell are paper-thin (you can hear what anyone is saying in the stairwell, and they can probably hear your living room conversation), and it's taken several months to finally get a screen door installed. Overall though great value and staff, definitely check this place out!
