This is a very very expensive place to live! Fees, fees,fees, paying cable I dont want, have pay to have a parking place, pay administration fee every month and they get a paycheck, pay fees to pay rent....

I have been at the Parkton for over three years. In that time the property has sold three times. Each time the maintenance level has diminished while the rent goes up. I recently went two minths without a working washer. I have made complaints for the first time about my neighbors that aren’t being addressed. Tbis will be my last year at the Parkton. However, the staff is very kind. From the staff in the rental office to the maintenance crew everyone is accommodating and very professional.
