GREAT place to live. The amenities are OUTSTANDING....the staff is FRIENDLY and ATTENTIVE....the floor plans are unique with many to choose from....offers different communities to meet your needs...planned gatherings for all types of occasions are put together by the staff regularly...clean buildings and short walk to several establishments. You will LOVE IT here!

This property is really centrally located, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The property management company is good, with very friendly staff! But the rents have been going up quite a bit and the landlord keeps tacking on charges every now and then which can be a bit frustrating.

Apartment is nice, in a good location downtown. The only xoncern is the noise sometimes but that is only on weekends.

I've lived at Sixth and Race for about 1.5 years. My only criticism is how often I've had to call maintenance for various issues in my apartment, but they are very efficient and timely when I put in a work order.
