Awful place to live

I have lived here for 2 years and I am done with this place. I have a record of over 10 maintenance requests that were marked “canceled” or “completed” that never got touched. When I moved in, the floors have half inch gaps allowing you to see the apartments below you. There are so many ants in the walls of this place that I paid for professional extermination 3 times outside of them sending in their “exterminators” who told me they can’t do anything about ants in the walls anyways. They will not do a maintenance request involving access with permission as is required by law. You have to give them free rein to come in when they want on their schedule and they will not notify you. I have paid a community fee of $85.00 a month since I moved in, the pool has NEVER worked or been open. They just finished a “community gym” that has 1 bench and 1 weight machine. Not worth the cost of this. They also raised my rent over $100 on lease renewal without offering any sort of explanation. The apartment manager, Juneisha, said I can either pay the difference or move. Speaking of apartment managers, the original manager who showed me the place was fired a month after moving in. I fought for 6 months to get the referral credit for convincing a friend to move in. They sent him into a building that was literally condemned and they couldn’t legally do a lease renewal. They sent him into an apartment without working heat or air, and they just sent a maintenance worker out 2 days ago after 4 months and it still doesn’t work. I have tried emailing, calling, and showing up in person. At this point I don’t even know who the apartment manager is as I’ve never once seen her in the office. This place is a churn and burn apartment. They paint over the rotten old wood, the concrete stair landings are literally falling apart, the floor have divots and are sinking in, the foundation is cracked, half the outlets in my apartment don’t work, it smells like cigarette smoke coming through my vents
