Resident
Hi, I have stayed here from 2018 to 2022 and I really enjoyed my stay. Maintenance was really good, always quick in response. Manager is very cooperative with the needs and demands of the client. I didn't have microwave shelf when I moved in and on my request, they did fix it with partial cabinet. Location was great, just 7 mins to University of Cincinnati.

It is a nice place to live-Convenient-close to stores.
It has been pleasant. We have been here almost 6 years. Most everyone is friendly, even the workers. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate machine in lobby is a plus! Love sitting out by the fountain also! The renovations are beautiful! Just don't like the smell of weed in the hallway, elevator... Overall, it's a nice place to live.
A Great Living Experience
Living @ Park Lane has turned out to be a better experience than I could've imagined: and I am happy I chose this place to live.
Park Lane
This is the second time I have lived at Park Lane. I absolutely love it here. The staff In the front office Hannah and Karen are amazing. The maintenance men are great as well. This building is diversity at its finest. Everyone speaks to one another. We are all willing to help each other with anything. The building has many updated amenities, laundry, gym, Internet cafe, carts to bring in groceries, a garage to park in that is reasonably priced. We also live next door to the police station and 1/2 a mile from the fire station. Not to mention all kinds of shopping in Norwood and in Oakley. I love living here. Glad that I am back.
