Love Model Properties and this location! It is so close to downtown, my commute is literally 5 minutes without the $2.5K per month plus price tag. Parking is a challenge without a dedicated lot, but its doable. Great local spot with character.

Overall, the units are nice and updated. The rent is more or less reasonably priced for near downtown (they raise it every year), but the neighborhood is still a work in progress and street parking only is becoming a nightmare. I am comfortable here, but not completely satisfied.
