Madamore - Phase 1

I love this apartment complex. It has everything I could ask for. A gym, a pool, latte machine, coworking space. It's very well kept and management/maintenance are always very helpful and responsive. I've lived here for almost a year and plan to renew my lease. My only complaint is the noise from the traffic since I live on Madison Rd, but I've gotten pretty used to it and it's not much of an issue anymore.

I have lived at Madamore for over a year. The staff is very nice and helpful. The apartment has a community feel, the tenants often hangout. I love my room as well, it is very spacious. Some downsides are you only get one parking pass (even if youre in a two bedroom), extremely noisy, and car break ins.

We have been living at the Madamore for almost 2 years now and its been an overall great experience. The complex is super clean and well maintained. Neighbors are quiet but friendly and the staff has been very helpful. The units are clean and up to date with good appliances and big windows to let in some good natural light. The only drawback is the parking which limits tenants to only one parking pass per household even though the lot is halfway empty at night. For the price, more parking passes should be included. That being said, this is still one of the nicer yet slightly more affordable places in Cincinnati.

Have lived at Madamore for 2 years now (1 year in a 1 Br and 1 year in a 2 Br). The apartments are large and with a lot of natural light. The common areas are great including the gym and communal lounge/work areas. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If I was not moving out of state, I would certainly keep living at the Madamore and would highly recommend it to any friends looking for a new place to call home.

My experience at the Madamore has been 99% positive with the only negative being parking…only one parking pass is allowed per apartment even though the back of the lot stays empty. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its clean, quiet and up to date. Theres a lot of events for residents to partake in as well. Overall a cozy place go rent.

The amenities, including the gym, pool, and community work spaces, are great! The staff is super friendly and helpful! Overall happy with my choice to call this place my home!
