Great place to live. The management has lots of fun activities to get involved with. Super quiet with almost no noise at all. Maintenance is always there within a day to fix repairs.

Best place to live around HANDS DOWN

We just moved to Fox chase within this last year and the experience has been amazing! We had a few issues in the beginning and they have more than worked with us. Kylie has been a huge help and they are in frequent contact with us if we ever have an issue. They are frequently doing resident appreciation events that are refreshingly fun! The area is kept clean and well maintained. The maintenance team is outstanding and has always responded to requests in a timely fashion. There’s Nothing too small that they haven’t helped us with! Overall the value for the price you pay definitely surpasses all other apartments we have looked at. Definitely worth it!

Things in my apartment can be updated

I think yall need to update appliances and new cabinets cause it smells bad when I open the cabinets and the doors are so out dated they need to be replace with new white doors those brown doors are so old fashioned other than that I love the place
