It would take several weeks to months to get maintence to come and most of the time nothing was fixed. It was very frustrating.

The most part I enjoyed my residency. I had two main issues; I'd resided in my apartment for 22yrs. and encountered difficulty getting my stove repaired or replaced. The other issue is I recently moved and having difficulty getting my deposit. I was told a couple of weeks ago, a check was mailed on April 2nd. On Tuesday May 5th, I called twice, reached a recording. Called the rental office on Wednesday May 6th @10:15, reached a recording, office opens @10:00. I got the feeling my calls were being avoided. Called a friend, had her call the office, Sarah, Property Manager immediately answered the call. According to her, the reason I hadn't received my deposit was they had the incorrect zip code. The zip code they supposedly had was 45200, that zip code isn't assigned.

I find the office staff to be unreasonable, unfair, and very insulting to the tenants, including me. In the 13 years I've lived here I have always gotten along extremely well with the office staff, I've liked them, and they've liked me. I even have a letter from one of the former office staff that got transferred and promoted, how much she has enjoyed knowing me and that I was her favorite tenant, and she was going to miss me. Well, this current office staff, and I believe this is the 5th property manager that has been here, I find to be the worst staff I've ever had to deal with.

I've lived here for 13 years. I feel safe living here which is important to be because I'm a disabled senior citizen. I'm not very happy with the maintenance staff. The work orders I have in are about a few months old and I'm still waiting for some repairs. The maintenance dept. used to be the greatest but the past few years it has had poor performance. The staff is friendly but I've been given reason not to trust in what they tell me. This is unfortunate because up to a few years ago it wasn't this way. Overall I do like living here. I'm comfortable in my apartment and have great neighbors. It is very quiet here which I like very much.
