Model Group were incredible hosts throughout the entirety of my lease. All requests and issues were quickly handled. Really appreciated the portable AC unit that was installed in the summer. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if they were looking for a leasing company.

I've lived here for 10 months and I really enjoy it! It's a perfect location, I can walk down to the Findlay Market and breweries. I just moved to another unit for a bigger space and Model Group did a great job helping me through the transition (extra thank you to Jennifer!) It's parallel parking so be mindful of that! :)

Gorgeous remodeled building with original character maintained with new sleek touch. Feels very safe. I appreciate an ethical company who charges fair rates rather than price gouging as many others do for “market rate” — great place here with Model Group.
