What renters are saying

Residents appreciate the spacious and well-maintained apartments with high ceilings, large windows that provide ample natural light, and included heating during winter. The historical charm of the old brick building, including its beautiful arches and original hardwood floors, adds to the living experience. The community is quiet and friendly, contributing to a peaceful atmosphere. The proximity to the University of Cincinnati, along with various shops and entertainment options, is highly valued. Additionally, the staff are frequently praised for their friendliness, understanding nature, and prompt responses to maintenance requests. Communal laundry facilities are noted as rarely busy, and there is convenient street parking nearby.

I love the neighborhood, the maintenance staff is not responsive; everything else is good.

I love this place but there is 2 big things that are keeping me from re-leasing for another term. 1- if you have 2 cars or you are sharing your apartment and you both have a car, you better find street parking, and to park close in almost none existent. And the 2nd thing is, the noise. The noise from having a hospital and a firs station near by is meaning that there is no sleep at night.

Was a bit worried about the building being older, but I share a 2-bedroom unit with my brother and it is amazing. Large open rooms, high ceilings, and lots of big windows to let in natural light, and heating in the winter is included in your rent. The old brick building has some beautiful arches that I enjoy leaving and coming back to. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Groceries are tricky. Parking in front of the building is only allowed in the evenings and weekends, so it is easy to forget and get a ticket. But the is unhindered street parking just 1-block away, and a local grocery 1-block away, so it is more than manageable. Only two complaints I have are that communal laundry (which is never busy! +++) is still coin operated and not card/app driven, and some floors can be creaky. I sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but this is pretty infrequent and I can typically ignore.

I thoroughly enjoyed residing in this area, as the individuals were kind-hearted, the proximity to the school was convenient, and the bustling atmosphere made it a high-traffic location.
