I've been here for few years. They have raised rent on every one of my leases. Added mass fees like $10 dumpster $30 heat every month when they only have heat on 3-4 months of the year, make you have renter insurance thats another $12 plus can only pay online where they charge you a pay online fee. . It's not worth the cost. If you like paying high rent to live in the hood. Go for it
