Besides me being an employee- living here has been amazing. I have seen first hand that Jason and Martin are quick to respond to all work orders and incredibly proactive. Even though Caitlyn is my boss, she is an amazing property manager and truly works the property with care and love. All floorplans, amenities and location of this property are top tier and cannot be compared to our competitors, this property is simply the best in more ways than one.

An AWESOME place to live

I was a resident at Washington Park Apartments for eight years (2016-2024) and found management, maintenance, property upkeep, and location to be excellent. I can’t thank enough Caitlyn (manager), Jason (maintenance), and Martin (maintenance) for their professionalism, expertise, and sincere commitment to ensuring residents are safe and happy. The only reason I left was to pursue out-of-state opportunities.

Best Place to Live

I've lived here over 10 years and have had the best experience. The location is great and close to every place I need to go. The units present a nice variety. I, absolutely, love the Townhouse where I reside. The property is very well maintained with improvements done regularly. The maintenance team is superb!
